2. Today is the last day of spring. The summer solstice is Tuesday, June 21.

Newtown Township Parks and Recreation is holding a cake baking and decorating class for kids ages 8 through 13 starting today and going through the week. 4. Newtown Township's Planning Commission as well as its Board of Supervisors meet this week. The Planning Commission meets Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m. and the Board of Supervisors meet Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
