Essential information about the day ahead in Newtown

1. will host a College Showcase this evening from 6:30 to 8 p.m. BCCC representatives will answer questions and provide information about new academic majors, transfer opportunities, financial aid, and more. 2. has a men-only class tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. The class is designed for men 35 and older and utilizes monster truck tires, medicine balls, hurdles, and more for a total body workout.  The class is held each week on Mondays and Wednesday. For more information, visit www.onlinefitlife.com.

3. The choir has a mid-winter concert tonight starting at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium.

5. It's your last chance to sign your child up for Newtown Township Park and Recreation's Flag Football League. The eight-week league begins Sunday.
