Essential information about the day ahead in Newtown.

1. The band, which won Kenny Chesney's "Next Big Star" competition, performs a "unique brand of high energy rock, pop and rockin' country." Tickets for the show cost $15 at the gate. The vineyard suggests spectators bringing their own chairs to the show.

2. Energizer has recalled LED night lights that were sold exclusively at Target. The lights have the potential to be a burn hazard. Model numbers ENLPLROT and date codes between 0110 (for January 2010) through 0111 (for January 2011) are included in the recall.

3. Sunny skies, a light wind and a high of 87 degrees can be expected today, according to the National Weather Service. Sounds like a perfect end to the week!
