Weather Causes School Closures, Power Outages

All Council Rock schools are closed today due to the weather. Between one and four inches of snow fell overnight and forecasters are calling for freezing rain this morning.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect through noon today. The National Weather Service says to expect sleet and freezing rain that will coat snowy roads.
