Couple Steals a Dozen Cases of Red Bull from Acme, Police Say

A couple in their 20s filled a cart with approximately 12 cases of Red Bull and left the store without paying, police say.

A couple allegedly stole a dozen cases of Red Bull from Acme, according to Newtown Township Police.

Police said they received a report around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from Acme’s store manger that a couple in their 20s had filled a cart with approximately 12 cases of Red Bull and left the store without paying. The value of the items are $180, police said.

The manager said he was outside the store when he saw the couple walk by with the drinks. He told police he didn’t see the stickers on the Red Bull indicating it had been paid for, so he went inside to check with cashiers.
