Holiday Season Kicks Off in Newtown Borough
The borough held its annual Christmas tree lighting Friday night. After the tree was lit, children had a chance to meet Santa.
It's offically the holiday season in Newtown. The borough held its annual Christmas tree lighting on Friday night, followed by a visit from Santa Claus.
The festivities continue today with the annual Candy Cane Hunt at Roberts Ridge Park and the Holiday House Tour in Newtown Borough.
Tomorrow, the Newtown Holiday Parade kicks off at 2 p.m.
