How Early is Too Early to Deck the Halls?
With 10 days to go until Thanksgiving, several area retailers are all decked out for the holidays.
It seems to be the annual lament -- holiday decorations just keep coming out earlier and earlier. Although that's probably not the case. They keep coming out at the same time each year but many of us are startled by their appearance every time.
The kids may not even have polished off their Halloween candy yet but the trees and lights have started sprouting up around town and at the nearby malls.
Today, we spotted Christmas and various holiday decorations at several Newtown retailers, including grocery stores, clothing shops and even pet stores.
