UPDATED: Natural Gas Leak Closes Portion of Sycamore Street
Sycamore Street between Richboro Road and Cambridge Lane is closed until further notice due to a natural gas leak.
Sycamore Street between Richboro Road and Cambridge Lane is closed until further notice due to a natural gas leak, the Newtown Township Police Department said Monday.
PECO is on scene to rectify the situation, police said.
As of 8 p.m. Monday evening, PECO crews were working on the problem. Traffic was being detoured from Sycamore Street through the Corners at Newtown Place.
