Poll: What Store Do You Think Newtown Needs the Most?
With the news that Genuardi's is becoming Giant, some in the community say they feel let down by the lack of grocery store options.
Last week, Giant announced it will purchase 16 Genuardi's stores in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Many in the community have expressed frustration that Newtown's food store options are limited. With one just off the bypass, and another in Yardley, there are already a few Giants just a few miles away.
