Heavy rains Friday from Tropical Storm Andrea flooded the footbridge at Tyler State Park.
Tropical storm Andrea caused heavy rains in Bucks County, resulting in flooding at Tyler State Park.
This video, taken at the boathouse area of the park, was shot shortly before 9 a.m. Saturday.
