The Bucks County Foodshed Alliance, a coalition of consumers, farmers, chefs, educators and environmentalists working together to foster and expand a local, sustainable food supply in Bucks County, will host a pot luck supper and a presentation “Valuing Our Food & Resources: The Spectrum of Food Waste” during its annual meeting on Wednesday, January 2, from 6:30 until 8:30pm at the Wrightstown Village Library Community Room, 727 Penn’s Park Rd., Wrightstown 18940.
There is no charge and no need to register for this event, but please bring a main, side or dessert dish or soft beverages to share. In order to be more ecologically responsible, please also bring your own plates, flatware, cups and napkins.
