BCFA's Annual Meeting & Potluck

The Bucks County Foodshed Alliance, a coalition of consumers, farmers, chefs, educators and environmentalists working together to foster and expand a local, sustainable food supply in Bucks County, will host a pot luck supper and a presentation “Valuing Our Food & Resources: The Spectrum of Food Waste” during its annual meeting on Wednesday, January 2, from 6:30 until 8:30pm at the Wrightstown Village Library Community Room, 727 Penn’s Park Rd., Wrightstown 18940.

There is no charge and no need to register for this event, but please bring a main, side or dessert dish or soft beverages to share. In order to be more ecologically responsible, please also bring your own plates, flatware, cups and napkins. For more information: www.BucksCountyFoodshedAlliance.org, admin@BucksCountyFoodshedAlliance.org or 215.598.3979.

BCFA’s annual meeting is an opportunity for groups and individuals to learn about the initiatives and accomplishments of the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance and to perhaps influence or assist the nonprofit’s efforts in the coming year.
