If you have answered YES to any of these questions then meditation may be the answer for you!  Come and explore meditation in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.  Beginners to long time practitioners are welcome! 


Try our class at no cost to you and discover first-hand the benefits of meditation such as stress & anxiety reduction, potential pain reduction and increased focus.


Please bring a yoga mat, yoga block or cushion to sit on.  Limited yoga blocks and chairs will be provided to sit on.
