Come on out and see Newtown Arts Company's production of Nunsense! This is the first production of our 30th Anniversary Season!
“Nunsense” is a fund raiser put on by the Little Sisters of Hoboken to raise money to bury sisters accidently poisoned by the convent cook, Sister Julia (Child of God), featuring ballet and tap dancing, an audience quiz and laughs galore. This zany musical by Dan Goggin won four Outer Critics Circle Awards including Best Off Broadway Musical in its original New York production. The New York Times called this hilarious international hit “A hail of fun and frolic! Wacky and outrageous with a hysterical anything goes sense of fun!”
Nunsense is presented by special arrangements with Samuel French, Inc.
