Historic Walking Tour of Newtown

The
Newtown Historic Association will
hold a Historic Walking Tour of
one of the historic areas of Newtown to be held beginning on Friday, May 16th
at 6:30 pm
– weather permitting.  



 The
tour will begin at the Half-Moon Inn, 105 Court St. (Court
St. & Centre Ave.), Newtown (at the intersection one block east of
Starbucks and the Gap) and will be lead by Jeffrey Marshall, President of the
Heritage Conservancy.  Mr. Marshall is
the author of “Bucks County Barns” and numerous other books regarding Bucks
County history.  The tour will feature
architecturally significant Newtown buildings in the Borough. 



 A
“Good Will” Donation would be appreciated. 
Come and bring a friend and learn something about Newtown’s interesting
