Unconditional Acceptance in a World of Judgment

If there is one thing every human seeks, it is acceptance. Most of what we do is sprinkled with subtleties of seeking approval. Not finding the unconditional acceptance we seek, we find ourselves being perpetual seekers. 

What is unconditional acceptance? Can it truly be achieved? How can I give it & how can I receive it?
