Bring a Can of Tuna to First Saturday July 6

Newtown Borough merchants will use the next First Saturday event as a chance to collect donations for the Penndel Food Pantry.

The next First Saturday, a monthly event that features sidewalk sales and specials from Newtown merchants, will be held July 6.

This month, merchants are looking to help those in need by collecting canned goods to be donated to the Penndel Food Pantry.  Merchants will accept donations (chicken, tuna, beef stew, chili, hash), canned fruit, juice, baking products (flour, sugar, oils), condiments and all varieties of beans.
