Exchange Club Ornaments Now on Sale, Proceeds Benefit Local Charities

This year's ornament showcases The Stocking Works.

Area residents can add a touch of old Newtown to their Christmas trees with special edition Greater Newtown Exchange Club Christmas ornaments, which are now on sale.

Each year’s edition features a notable Newtown landmark. This year’s ornament showcases The Stocking Works, a historic still-standing building which housed the Excelsior Bobbin and Spool Company in the late 1800s and is currently operated by several businesses.

Greater Newtown Exchange Club sells the ornaments as a charity fundraiser with the assistance of local merchants.
