An Evening at the Gardens on Mothers Day

May 12th from 5pm-8pm at Hortulus Farm Garden, Thompson Mill Road. The event is open to the public but is not handicap / wheelchair accessible.

The Village Library of Wrightstown has partnered for the second year in a row with Hortulus Farm Garden & Museum, also of Wrightstown, to host a spectacular ‘Evening in the Gardens’ fundraiser event. Attendees will stroll among formal gardens and idyllic ponds on this self-guided farm and museum tour and will enjoy wine and light fare while raising funds to offset operating costs at the Library.

The event will be held on May 12th from 5pm-8pm at Hortulus Farm Garden, Thompson Mill Road. The event is open to the public but is not handicap / wheelchair accessible. Tickets are available at the Library, 727 Penns Park Road, or by mail-in form from www.wrightstownlibrary.org for $25 in advance and will be sold at the event for $30 at the farm door. Tickets are tax deductible. Guests will be inspired by over 30 acres of an original William Penn land grant of 1690 while enjoying wine, cheese, music and a raffle.

In addition to the serene gardens, all attendees of an ‘Evening in the Gardens’ are invited to stroll the famed Impressionist paintings of local artists as well as over 1,000 gardening books in the horticultural library.
