“We welcome local residents who are looking to make personal and business contacts and who would like to contribute to the greater Bucks community,” said club President Scott Harp.  “Come as our guest to one of our meetings, have dinner with us and learn what we do and how you can become part of it.”

The Greater Newtown Exchange Club, which meets bi-monthly, has a 75-year history of service to the community. It supports efforts to prevent child abuse and help improve the lives of Bucks County children and families. The club sponsors annual charitable events including a golf tournament and silent auction and performs semi-annual highway clean-ups and other community activities including co-sponsoring a Breakfast with Santa.

The club offers social events, too, including a summer picnic, a Trenton Thunder ballgame outing, a fall food and fun fest and a year-end holiday party.

Other club events include hands-on projects in partnership with local organizations and charities such as the recent Pinwheel Garden project for the prevention of child abuse.
