Community Update

The other OP is correct. They are rude, and try and take advantage of people whenever they have the opportunity caring little of your wellbeing. I had false eyelashes attached for months on end. When a problem developed which was an allergic reaction to the glue on one eye, they lashes were essentially rubbed off from the incredible itching. When I needed help removing the other ones on the other eye which took an entire 10 minutes I was charged a full price for a refill which runs about an hour. I was so disappointed such a bad business practice. They tried to tell me I had missed 5 appointments. They are liars for this never happened. NEVER. The girl does a nice job on the lashes, and anyone can develop an allergy but buyer beware. They are only interested in filling a spot to get there money. It is like an assembly line. They have very poor customer service. Go some place else. I had a massage twice there and a facial and neither girl is there anymore. Big turnover of people. He has to run groupons to stay in business.
