$3K Worth of Copper Stolen From Delancey Court, Police Say

Newtown Township Police said the construction manager called to report the theft at about 10:30 a.m. Monday.

Approximately $3,000 worth of copper from the Delancey Court construction site was reported stolen Monday, according to Newtown Township police.

Police said the construction manager called to report the theft at about 10:30 a.m. Monday. The materials were stolen from the Elfreths Court section of the construction site.  

Delancey Court is a neighborhood currently being developed by Toll Brothers. It is located off Route 413 across from the township municipal building.
