Alleged Burglary at Joey G's Under Investigation
An employee of the Newtown Yardley Road deli said the cash register was open when he arrived for work Monday morning.
Joey G's Deli was burglarized sometime overnight Sunday into Monday, employees told Newtown Township Police.
Officers were called to the deli, located on Newtown Yardley Road, early Monday morning for a report that a burglary that had occurred sometime overnight, police said.
The owner told the responding officer that when an employee arrived for work in the morning, he discovered an open cash register with money missing.
