Child Luring Attempt Reported on Providence Court, Police Say

An alleged child luring incident occurred Tuesday evening on Providence Court, Newtown Township Police said.

According to police, a Providence Court resident called headquarters at approximately 5:20 p.m. to report that her two children were outside playing when a man stopped and asked them to get into his car. The children ran and the man drove away, according to police. 

The resident told police the man was white and wearing all black clothing. He was driving an older model gold vehicle, according to police.

Police checked the area but did not find the vehicle.
