Cops: Newtown Man Caught With 129 Bags of Heroin
Police searched the man's car following a traffic stop.
A Newtown man was found with 129 bags of heroin and assorted prescription pills after a traffic stop and a subsequent search of his home, The Bucks County Courier Times reported.
James Mulrine, 42, of Kirkwood Drive was stopped around 2 a.m. March 1 on the Newtown Bypass in what police said was a routine traffic stop. They obtained a search warrant for Mulrine's vehicle and found the drugs inside it, The Courier Times said.
Police subsequently executed a search warrant at Mulrine's home, where they found marijuana and cocaine, The Courier Times said.
