At approximately 1:15 a.m., police were dispatched to Cypress Lane for a complaint of juveniles running around ringing doorbells and creating a general disturbance.  When the officers arrived, they noticed multiple vehicles parked illegally along the street.  Police made contact with the person who reported the situation and he directed them to the house the teens ran into.  Officers went to the home and observed several alcoholic drinks in plastic cups outside the house and could clearly hear voices and doors slamming in the home, but no one answered the door or the telephone.  Parking tickets were issued to the ten illegally parked cars, but police were unable to make contact with the teens creating the noise.

Around 1:40 a.m., an officer observed a motorist commit several motor vehicle violations on Cypress Drive. The officer stopped the vehicle and made contact with 19 year-old Thomas Haggerty of Hampshire Drive in Warminster.  The officer detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person and administered a portable breath test, which provided a positive result.  Haggerty will receive a citation charging him with underage drinking.
