Missing iPad at Council Rock North, Suspicious Car Among Recent Police Activity

Recent activity as reported by Newtown Township Police Department.

The following incidents were reported Tuesday by the Newtown Township Police Department:

At approximately 8:30 am police were advised by security personnel of Council Rock High School North that over the weekend there was a visiting music teacher giving workshops at the school. The teacher left his iPad in his bag in one of the rooms was in and out of the room several times during the day and the next day realized that his I-Pad was missing and notified the choral teacher at the school. Security checked the camera outside the room and stated there were students in and out of the room all day. No value of the item was provided to police at the time of the report.  

Around 9:30 a.m., police were dispatched to Hershey Court for a report of a suspicious occupied vehicle. The responding officer made contact with the driver of the pickup and determined that he was a contractor meeting with one of the caller’s neighbors.  No further police action was required.
