Katherine Waibel's body was found Friday in Lower Makefield, according to 6abc.com. The report said Waibel appeared to have suffered from a medical condition. Additional details have not been released.
Waibel had been reported missing after not making it to her job in Newtown Township. Police said she had last been seen at 6:30 a.m. Monday by her granddaughter.
According to police, she had a history of diabetes but no other significant medical or mental health issues.
Police said Verizon had tracked her cellphone to several area locations in Bristol Township, Lower Makefield Township and Ewing, NJ. They reported the latest ping placed the phone Mercer County, NJ.
