Police: Expect Travel Delays Today Due to Rally

Governor Mitt Romney will be visiting Shady Brook Farm this afternoon and police are advising residents to leave extra time for travel around the area.

Newtown Township Police are advising residents to leave extra time today when traveling in the Newtown and Yardley area due to a visit from presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

Romney is speaking at Shady Brook Farm at 5:30 p.m. Doors open at 2 p.m.

"Be prepared for the possibility of some travel delays in the Yardley and Newtown areas on Sunday November 4, 2012 due to Govenor Romney's visit to Shady Brook Farm that is listed to begin between 5-5:30 p.m.," township police posted on Facebook.
