Police Issue Permits to Xfinity Solicitors
Police said each of the 12 solicitors was issued a photo identification card that residents can request to see.
Newtown Township Police Department has issued soliciting permits to a dozen people who will be representing Xfinity.
According to the police, the 12 individuals are employed by PMA Sales & Marketing. They will be soliciting on behalf of Xfinity for phone, television and Internet services.
