Police Searching for Jewelry Store Thief

According to police, the suspect burglarized a local jewelry store three times since Sept 12.

Newtown Township Police are searching for a man who robbed a local jewelry store on three occasions in the past month.

Police on Saturday released a flyer with images of the suspect, who is described as a white male of average height. He appears muscular from video surveillance, police said.

Police declined to provide further information as the investigation is ongoing. 

The same person is a suspect in several robberies in surrounding jurisdictions, including a Costco in Montgomery Township. In that case, he hid inside the store until after closing.
