PECO is reporting more than 3,500 outages in Newtown Township, as many as 1,500 in Newtown Borough, as many as 3,500 in Upper Makefield and as many as 3,500 in Wrightstown.

Monday, 6:55 p.m.

As many as 3,500 outages are reported in Newtown Township and as many as 1,500 in Wrightstown Township.

Monday, 4:30 p.m.

As many as 500 outages are reported in Upper Makefield Township and as many as 500 in Wrightstown.

Monday, 2:45 p.m.

As many as 1,500 outages reported in Newtown Township.

Monday, 1:10 p.m.

PECO is reporting scattered outages in Upper Makefield.

Monday, 11:20 a.m.

PECO is reporting scattered outages in Newtown Borough.

Monday, 9:30 a.m.

PECO is reporting scattered outages in Bucks County with no reported outages in Newtown Borough or Newtown Township. Scattered outages are reported in Upper Makefield.

Monday, 8:40 a.m.:

PennDOT warns "roadways and bridges are subject to closure at any time."

"For your safety and the safety of emergency responders, motorists are strongly urged to avoid unnecessary travel at this time," according to the Department of Transportation. No serious delays have been reported on area highways.
