This headline should probably read "Skippack Home Flooded during burglary", or "Burglars Cause Flood in Home". When I first read the headline, I thought it meant that the home was flooded by Burglars.....like it got filed up with a bunch Burglars. Not that burglars had stolen pipe and caused a flood.
