"Please stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary!!! We are dealing with numerous accidents in Newtown and Wrightstown," the department posted to Facebook.
Snowfall is expected to taper off in the afternoon. As much as five inches could accumulate.
Council Rock schools are closed. Bucks County Community College is also closed.
