The incident has been turned over for investigation by the Bucks County District Attorney’s office. Heckler said the office sometimes assists local police departments in investigations.

Heckler said he was not at liberty to discuss the incident because it is currently under investigation. “There’s nothing I could say that wouldn’t prejudice the investigation and I’m not going to do that,” Heckler said during a conversation with Patch Wednesday.
