Barre 3, Delancey Court on Wednesday Supervisors Agenda

The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors will meet Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the township Administration Building.

The agenda includes the following items:

• Approval of two Eagle Scout Projects. Peter Bachman Gregori project is a flagpole at Helen Randle Park. Zach Sabol seeks to extend existing retaining wall and pavers at Helen Randle Park service building.
• Authorization to advertise 2013 Roadway Improvement Program
• Consideration of approval of development and stormwater management agreements for Delancey Court.
• Variance for seven identification signs for Barre 3, 2875 South Eagle Road
• Abandoned/junked vehicles nuisance ordinance
