Update: As of 4 p.m. the sign was still up.
OUTSIDE PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Two large signs reading "Please Have Your Photo ID Ready" in all capital letters and neon coloring were placed at a local polling place, despite the fact that an ID is not required to vote in this election.
However, no one is taking responsibility for putting up the signs, which were placed at the entry to the polling line in Wrightstown Township.

Susan Schino, of the Wrightstown Democrats, said when she arrived at 7 a.m. to the polls, the two signs were highly visible to voters. Some voters, she said, were getting out of line because they didn't bring an ID.
Schino said she asked the judge of elections who had put the signs up and he said he didn't know. "He had a worker make a little sign to put in the corner," she said. The little, blue letters on the small sign read: "You may vote without ID if you are registered."
Schino said the judge of elections said the poll workers did not bring the signs. Schino said no one at the polling location admitted to putting the signs up, however, they still stood as of 10 a.m. despite the confusion.
