Supervisors Postpone Decision on Goodnoe Traffic Study

District officials will return to a later meeting with more information on the Goodnoe Elementary renovation project and how it would impact traffic on Frost Lane.

Representatives from the Council Rock School District came before the township Wednesday seeking a waiver for a traffic study associated with a $13.1 million renovation project planned for Goodnoe Elementary School.

However, the board of supervisors declined to make a decision that night, and asked the district officials to return at a later meeting with more information on future enrollment and how it would impact traffic on Frost Lane.

The supervisors will also have to made a determination on whether the road should be widened as part of the project. The project is subject to land development approval by the township.
