Mr. Gallagher was arrested for DUI just 2 years ago. Worse than the DUI offense was his attempt to use his position as Supervisor to intimidate the arresting police officer. A similar incident happened a few month's after Mike's over in Yardley. The Councilman did not make any threats to police as Mike did, yet he promptly did the right thing and resigned as Borough Councilman.
Not only did Gallagher NOT resign from the Board of Supervisors but he now feels he has earned the community's forgiveness and deserves to be the most powerful person in our Township. I feel this is a disgrace. Mike is up for re-election in 2013. May our lack of support for him at the polls tell him how we really feel about his ability to govern our Township.
