Prudential Fox & Roach Welcomes The Paul Auerbach Team to Newtown Office

Lynda Donahue, manager of Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS® Newtown Home Marketing Center, welcomes The Paul Auerbach Team as Sales Associates. Led by Paul Auerbach, Associate Broker and licensed instructor, and consisting of his wife, Dana Auerbach, SFR, and their daughter, Laura Pagano, the team was previously with Coldwell Banker Hearthside before joining Prudential Fox & Roach.

Paul Auerbach, licensed since 1976, Dana Auerbach, licensed since 1984, and Pagano, licensed since 2003 in New Jersey and 2006 in Pennsylvania, are members of the Bucks County and National Associations of Realtors. The team specializes in short sales and foreclosures, bankruptcy,  and estate and distressed sales. Among many other prestigious accolades, they are recipients of the President’s Circle, Diamond Club, Sterling and Gold Society Awards.

Paul and Dana Auerbach have resided in Langhorne for more than 30 years. They have five grown children and seven grandchildren. Both of the Auerbachs have been active members in the Langhorne community. Pagano resides in Hammonton, NJ. Married with one son, she is active with Autism Speaks, and she is also Hammonton’s Pools Social Director. The Paul Auerbach Team serves Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
