International Women's Day Self Defense at RABJJ Newtown

On March 8th, celebrating the International Women’s Day, Ricardo Almeida Jiu Jitsu (RABJJ) Hosted a  a special Rape Safety & Personal Safety Class.

The class that incorporated fitness elements of interval training with self defense techniques designed for rape and abduction prevention.

This event was a success and we will be hosting another class open to the community in April.
