“I am motivated solely and entirely by community and student best interest. I don't have a personal agenda, and I don't view school director as a political office,” Caputi said on his website.

He is the recipient of the Philadelphia Young Hero award from the National Liberty Museum, an AP scholar with distinguished honors and a National Merit finalist. He received Princeton University’s Prize for Race Relations for the Philadelphia Region in 2013 and served as the Council Rock High School North Diversity Advisory Committee Chairperson from 2010 to 2012.

“Don't let my age fool you. I have the most relevant experience for serving on the Council Rock school board. I was appointed by the Bucks County Commissioners to serve on the Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission and elected by the board to serve as treasurer, overseeing a $7 million budget,” Caputi said on his website. “I am the only candidate who has received a county-level appointment and has previous experience managing public dollars.”

Caputi plans to attend the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania as a freshman in the fall, according to his resume. He plans to study Public Policy and Finance.

"I'm very concerned about fiscal responsibility within the school district, and as your representative on the school board, I'd like to make sure your tax dollars are being spent in the most effective ways possible," Caputi said on his campaign website.

Nolan, Caputi and Block are seeking to represent Region 8. The seat is currently held by Paul Anagnostakos, who is stepping down after 10 years on the board.

Nolan is a Holland native who received a bachelor’s degree from Holy Family University. A registered nurse who worked at Aria Health Systems, Nolan is the mother to five Council Rock graduates. She also has a child currently attending Sol Feinstone Elementary, where she is a member of the PTO.
