Geothermal heating systems use the heat in the ground under your property to heat your home and your hot water. In the summer they are also an extremely high efficiency air conditioning system as well. The presentation is geared toward home and small business owners and will include a description of the options available, a realistic assessment of the expected Return On Investment (ROI), the physical aspects involved in the installation, the variety and merits of systems available, considerations when negotiating a contract, and a review of the financial and environmental reasons why we should be concerned about energy consumption.
