Italian Cooking

If you love Italian food, then these are the classes for you! You will be making Francesca's tried and true family recipes, "Trionfetti's"! In the first class you will be making chicken scallopini and cavitelli with garlic, spinach & mushrooms! In the second class you will be making homemade pasta fagiolo soup (pastafasula), sausage & chicken with peppers and onions in tomato sauce! A $15 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of each class.
