Rep. Fitzpatrick Honors High School Artists

The 17th Annual Bucks County High School Art Exhibition will be up at Bucks County Community College through Saturday.

 

Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick honored the winners of the Congressional Art Contest, part of the 17th Annual Bucks County High School Art Exhibition, during a reception Sunday. The exhibit will be up through March 31 at Bucks County Community College’s Hicks Art Center Gallery on the

The show features approximately 100 works of art in a variety of media such as painting, drawing, photography, graphic design, stained glass, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking and jewelry.  High school art teachers from throughout the county submitted the works, which were judged by college faculty.

Admission to the reception and exhibition is free. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. For more information, call 215-504-8531 or visitwww.bucks.edu/gallery.
