Hoops Mania Night to Benefit Coaches Vs. Cancer

The fundraising event will be held at Council Rock North on Nov. 24

Council Rock North boys and girls basketball teams are hosting a "Hoops Mania" night to help fight cancer.

The event, to be held Nov. 24 at 5 p.m., will benefit Coaches Vs. Cancer, a collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches.  It is free and open to the public.

Coaches Vs. Cancer "empowers basketball coaches, their teams and local communities to make a difference in the fight against cancer," according to the American Cancer Society website.
