North Choir Doesn't Advance in B101 Competition

The local singers were featured on the radio station Wednesday morning with their version of "Jolly Old St. Nicholas."

Singers from Council Rock North did not advance from the semi-finals of the B101 Christmas Choir Competition.

The local singers were featured on the radio station Wednesday morning with their version of "Jolly Old St. Nicholas."

Voting opened Wednesday, however North's choir did not advance. The winning choir from Wednesday's semi final round was Delaware County Christian School singing "Carol of the Bells." Also competing Wednesday was Haddon Heights High School singing "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas."

The Grand Prize winner of the annual competition will get $5,000 and the chance to perform with the Philly Pops.
