School District Preparing for Winter Weather

Council Rock School District has posted a video to its website reminding parents where to look for information when snow hits.

Snow may not be in our immediate forecast, but Council Rock School District wants all parents to know what to do in the event of a weather-related emergency.

The district recently posted this video on its website, which explains the process of finding out if school is closed or delayed in the event of snow.

The video, narrated by Superintendent Mark Klein, explains that the best resource for information about closings and delays is the district website, www.crsd.org. Information will also be available via the email list serve and the Council Rock public access television station.

In the event of a closing or delayed opening, the district will also launch an automatic phone call to students' home phones.
