Shop at Giant and Earn Money for Council Rock

The A+ School Rewards program is an easy way to earn money for local schools

The following was provided by Giant Food Stores:

Beginning October 6, Giant Food Stores customers can earn money for their local schools when they grocery shop through Giant’s simple school fundraiser, A+ School Rewards. There is no limit to what schools can do with their A+ School Rewards, including earning cash for school programs, technology, scholarships, field trips, playgrounds, and other educational needs.

“Giant is proud to be a good neighbor throughout the communities where we operate and our A+ School Rewards program is our signature way to give back to local schools,” said Rick Herring, president. “We encourage all of our customers to sign up now and designate their schools for the 2013-14 school year.”

To participate in the program and help local schools earn money, customers must sign up each year and designate up to two schools by visiting their local Giant or atwww.giantfoodstores.com/aplus

A+ School Rewards are accrued with each purchase made using one’s BonusCard beginning October 6 and continuing through March 22, 2014. Customers are reminded to sign up or to re-designate their schools as soon as possible so their chosen schools can begin earning points when the program begins.

Beginning in November, current school totals can be found on the A+ website at www.giantfoodstores.com/aplus
