Class Act!

I have been going here for years. Sadly, a few weeks ago my car was accidentally crashed into another vehicle by one of the attendants.

It was an accident. No one was hurt, thankfully.

However, I try to judge folks not from their mistakes, but how they recover from them.

Sparkle handled it beautifully. Zero issues. They gave me a rental car, told me to go anywhere I wanted to have it fixed, and cut me a check the next day based on the estimate. Honestly, other than the accident not happening at all, not sure what else you can expect from a business. They handles themselves professionally and with courtesy.

As for the car wash... I go all the time. Sure, sometimes things are missed, but that's why you have to say something. My car has nooks and crannies that irk me when unclean, and I always point them out to the staff, who happily cleans them. No one knows your car like you... Ya gotta help point things out.

Anyway, no car wash is perfect. Just remember to ask for what you want, and point out what is not to your liking, and folks there gladly pay attention to it.

Btw... My car looks perfect, and I just had it washed at Sparkle this morning :)
