Council Rock North Boys Volleyball Wins Districts

The team defeated Pennridge Thursday night to take the title.

Council Rock North boys varsity volleyball team won the district finals on Thursday night, defeating Pennridge as the PIAA District One Class AAA champions. It was the first time the team earned the title as District champs.

Council Rock North prevailed over Pennridge 3-1. The score was: 25-20, 25-20, 24-26, 25-20. The game was held at Council Rock South.

The first round of States is next Tuesday at Wissahickon High School. The game begins at 7:30 p.m.
